Returns and Exchanges


Website Returns and Exchanges:
We are always interested in improving our products, and we would love to hear your reasons for your return or exchange on your packing slip  or by phone or email.

Iconic will gladly accept returns and exchanges of clean, unworn, unwashed products sold on our website within 30 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only, and 'final sale' items cannot be returned. If the a return lowers the total purchase amount to less than the amount for free shipping, the return credit will be net of the shipping cost. Please ship the products in their original product packaging with tags. Please include your packing slip and note how you would like us to handle your return/exchange.

Exchanges or returns of iconic products purchased from one of our retailers or reseller websites (i.e. not from the iconicsport.com website) should be handled directly by the retail store or reseller website.
