How can I find my size?

Our sizing is meant to be true to size, not vanity sizing, but your best bet is to take your measurements (see size chart and 'how to measure' instructions below). In addition, key garment measurements for each style and size are available from the online store page so that you can compare its dimensions with the dimensions of a similar garment you own that fits you well. If you have difficulty, please feel free to email customercare@iconicsport.com or call (415) 861 3603. If it still turns out that the size you order is not the best one for you, we will be happy to exchange sizes for you.

How to measure:

For best accuracy, use a measuring tape and measure over the undergarments you'll be wearing with the styles you've chosen. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a length of string or ribbon and measure that against a yardstick. Do not measure over clothing. Keep measuring tape loose enough that you can breathe comfortably.

Bust: Measure around your chest at the fullest point under your arms and keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: To find your natural waist, bend to one side to find the natural crease. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist and parallel to the floor.

Hips: Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is typically 8 to 10” down from your waist.


How will my order be shipped?

Iconic Sport ships via FedEx, USPS 1st class mail (for domestic packages less than 1 lb in weight), Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail.  Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on your choice of service and our costs from the shipper. Our shipments are insured. A small handling fee is included in the shipping price. Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.

We generally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If you have further questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To check shipping options and rates, please add the items to your online shopping basket and click the “Checkout Now” button. After filling in your delivery address, click “continue” This will show your shipping options and costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Iconic Sport ships via internationally with USPS International 1st class mail (for  packages less than 1 lb in weight), as well as USPS Priority Mail Internationl, USPS Priority Express International and Fedex and UPS International.

We estimate the international shipping costs based upon average product weight and the shipping method you select in your shopping cart. We'll ship the least expensive shipper for the category/delivery time you select. If we end up being able to ship it for your selected delivery time at a lower cost, we'll reduce your credit card charge accordingly.

Our products are made in the USA so many countries do not have import duties. But we recommend that you check the import duties for your country to confirm.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Orders are placed on a secure server with encryption.


What is your privacy policy?

How can I return or exchange a product?

Website Returns and Exchanges:
Iconic will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed products in saleable condition with original tags and packaging which were sold on our website within 30 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Please ship back the products in their original product packaging with tags and note on your packing slip how you would like us to handle your return/exchange.

Final sale or closeout items can be exchanged for size only, subject to availability. If the exchange size you'd like is unavailable for final sale items, they can be returned (unworn/unwashed with tags and packaging) for store credit only, by arrangement. Please email us at customerservice@iconicsport.com or call us at 831 688 3603 M-F from 9AM to 5PM Pacific time to confirm whether a exchange is available and for shipping arrangements.

Retail Store Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges or returns of iconic products purchased from one of our retailers or reseller websites (i.e. not from the iconicsport.com website) should be handled directly by the retail store or reseller website. If this is not handled to your satisfaction, please contact us at customerservice@iconicsport.com


What is your shipping policy on returns and exchanges?

For returns and exchanges, please ship your product back to us at your expense. We'll ship out the exchange new item at our expense, except for final sale or closeout items. For final sale/closeout items the customer pays shipping both ways because of the very low price of closeout items.  We recommend shipping with insurance in case your package is lost or damaged in shipment.

What kind of warranty does your product come with?

We stand by our products. We work to ensure that our products are free of manufacturing defects. If your iconic product does not meet this standard, we will replace or repair the item. Please launder any worn items being returned, and include either your original sales receipt (if available) and a note with your contact information, where and when the item was purchased and reason for return. How secure is the online store?

Our online store software is PABP certified by Visa/Mastercard which means it has been independently certified to adhere to strict security policy and procedures for PCI compliance. These are considered to be best practices. We use SSL Encription for secure ordering and the shopping cart automatically switches to secure mode appropriately.
